The Team

The DevOps Team works alongside developers and is responsible for improving our tooling and

processes for release management, software delivery, and software observability. As a DevOps

Engineer, you'll focus on the operational perspective and collaborate closely with our software

developers to find an optimal solution that will safely and quickly deliver code to the various

supported environments (cloud and on-premises).

What You'll Do

As a DevOps Engineer, you will:

  • Create tooling to automate the release processes.
  • Create tooling to ease the installation and updates of our software.
  • Create tooling to increase the observability of our software in the field.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support a mix of self-managed and cloud customers all around the world.
  • Set up and configure new customer environments both in the cloud and on-premises.
  • Participate in regular rotations for weekday and weekend on-call coverage (daytime

only), providing emergency support to our self-managed and cloud customers.

  • Debug complex problems across the whole stack.
  • This position is based in 
    Pune, Hyderabad, or Mumbai

Who You Are

We're looking for a 
tech-savvy problem solver
 who:

  • Has a Bachelor's in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Brings 
    5+ years
     in infrastructure, reliability, or systems engineering
  • Codes confidently in a high-level language (Go, Ruby, Python, etc.)
  • Is an 
    expert in Linux environments
  • Has hands-on experience with 
    Azure / AWS / Kubernetes / Docker
  • Knows 
    Terraform, Ansible, Git, GitHub, CI/CD
     inside out
  • Can stay calm and clear-headed during incidents
  • Has experience with 
    Ruby on Rails
     or any MVC framework (Django, Laravel, etc.) and can learn fast
  • Communicates effectively in 
    English
     — written and spoken
