Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator - Building Management System (BMS) located in Pune. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for BMS projects, analyzing project specifications, collaborating with engineering and project management teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and assisting in bid preparation and submission. The Estimator will also perform site visits when required to better understand project needs and constraints.

  • Strong skills in cost estimation, budget preparation, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, project specifications, and bid documents
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems and relevant industry standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering
  • Experience in the presales, design & engineering of BMS industry
