About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Social Media and Content Manager / Intern to join our marketing and branding team. In this internship, you will assist in managing social media calendars, support the coordination of freelancers, help with approvals and feedback from stakeholders, and schedule and post content across various platforms for multiple brands. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure cohesive and engaging content.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Basic experience with content management systems and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management:

Help create and manage content calendars for all social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Freelancer Coordination:

Support the allocation of work to freelancers, ensuring quality and timely content delivery.
- Stakeholder Coordination:

Help manage internal approvals and coordinate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and finalize content.
- Content Scheduling and Posting:

Assist in scheduling and posting content across all social media platforms for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Content Creation:

Support the development of high-quality and engaging content for various platforms, including social media posts, blogs, articles, and promotional materials.
- Analytics and Reporting:

Assist in monitoring social media performance metrics and providing regular reports to the marketing team.
- SEO and Keyword Research:

Help implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
