About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to join our onsite team in Kharar, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of building dynamic, scalable, and high-performing web applications using MongoDB, , , and You will be working closely with our product and design teams to create innovative and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
• Build reusable, scalable, and efficient front-end and back-end modules.
• Work with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive web applications.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintain databases and ensure proper data modelling using MongoDB.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in both development and production environments.
• Collaborate with team members through Git, code reviews, and agile processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), , , and
• Experience with MongoDB and database design principles.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Redux, React Hooks, and state management techniques.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
