Position: Technical Project Manager (Full-Stack / Mobile / Cloud)

Location: Indore (In-office)

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-platform development projects spanning Spring Boot (Java backend), ReactJS/NextJS (web frontend), and Flutter (mobile app) — all deployed on Azure Cloud.

This role requires a strong understanding of the development lifecycle, team collaboration, and Agile methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum practices in Jira.
  • Coordinate between backend, frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth progress.
  • Create and manage sprints, tasks, and milestones within Jira.
  • Oversee Azure deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and version control processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and sprint reviews for alignment and transparency.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile processes.
  • Solid understanding of ReactJS, NextJS, Flutter, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Git workflows.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
  • Scrum Master or Agile Certification.
