About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Staff professional who can efficiently handle both domestic and international ticketing. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and well-versed in major booking platforms and travel regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international ticket booking requests
- Manage flight reservations, cancellations, amendments, and reissues
- Provide fare quotes and advise customers on travel options
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
- Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and travel guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic and international ticketing
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
