Fit out coordinator

110/11 KVA GIS sub station, transformers, distribution panels and all other Electrical equipments/system installed

Utility Building including all equipments such as DG sets, Lift, HT panels, chillers, cooling towers, OH tanks,  etc

Water treatment plants in the buildings

Fire Fighting pump Rooms  in the buildings

Basement ventilation system

Basement Sump pumps system

Sewage Treatment Plants

All technical system outside the buildings and within the campus such as street lights,rain water harvesting pits, recharge pits, HSD yard, telecom network, boom barriers, RFID, security equipments

Change over system from EB to DG and vice versa, including PLC panels

Basement sprinkler system, basement deluge system

Main gates, technical equipments 

Visitor management system- technical support

External plumbing, drainange and irrigation system

Any other responsibility as delegated from time to time.

Smooth conduct of AMC agreement including compliance of the same

Timely conduct of all preventive, breakdown maintenance (through inhouse, AMC vendor, OEM or external vendor)

Timely renewal of all AMC contracts

Ensure all spares are readily available for timely maintenance of equipments and ensure agreed MSL is always maintained.

Ensure proper planning of breakdown spares and routine spares for maintenance

Ensure all reports, log book data, operational parameters are reviewed and compiled for regular review from time to time.

Ensure SLA score is always maintained @more than 95%

Ensure timely submission of all procedures, presentations related to BSC, HSSE.

Ensure all reports, returns, data, etc as required from time to time.

Updating the  asset list for all equipment on a regular basis

Regularly review the PPM planner for all equipment and implement the same, ensuring the record thereof is updated regularly.

Conduct regular review of manpower and service vendors by adherence to the contracts. 

Regularly conduct review meetings with vendors for SLA.
