Details:

  1. Monitor, report and investigate the Incidents and protect the organization from Data loss.
  2. Provide Admin access to the user only to the required applications without any interruption.
  3. Create policies and troubleshooting issues. Handle Daily administration and maintaining tracker for the licensing. Reviewing the license usage on Monthly basis with stakeholders
  4. Handle Server and client upgradation as per the Symantec release. This will be taken with respect to need of upgradation keeping in mind the current environment and compatibility
  5. Ensure encryption of laptops
