Job Title: SAP RE-FX Consultant (Real Estate -Leasing)

Experience Required: 6 Years (with at least 2 years in Valuation)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Work Timing: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST (Flexible as per business needs)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP RE-FX Consultant with specialized experience in Valuation and Lease Accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) along with IFRS 16 compliance, Right of Use (ROU) Asset handling, and a foundational understanding of financial and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support SAP RE-FX modules with a focus on valuation processes.

Configure and manage lease contracts and ensure compliance with IFRS 16 lease accounting standards.

Work on balance sheet valuation, including Right of Use (ROU) asset management.

Perform end-to-end implementation or support activities for clients across different geographies.

Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to translate business requirements into system functionalities.

Assist in preparing functional specifications and perform unit/system/integration testing.

Support business stakeholders during UAT and cutover activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve RE-FX and valuation-related issues in a timely manner.

Work in a hybrid model, interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX.

Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in valuation.

At least 1-2 end-to-end projects involving valuation and lease accounting.

Strong knowledge of IFRS 16, ROU asset handling, and financial postings in SAP.

Understanding of balance sheet valuation and integration with FI/CO.

Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Basic to intermediate financial domain knowledge.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment.

Familiarity with integration between RE-FX and other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM).
