Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in SAP Central Procurement Hub within S/4HANA, with a proven track record of implementations. The ideal candidate will bridge business and IT, architecting and guiding the transformation of legacy SAP landscapes to the S/4HANA platform, with a focus on central procurement processes. This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to deliver robust, scalable, and integrated procurement solutions, ensuring seamless migration and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• A techno-functional role who can Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of SAP Central Procurement Hub solutions in S/4HANA, focusing on system conversion project from Custom SRM solution.
• Analyze existing procurement and supply chain processes, identify improvement opportunities, and architect solutions that leverage S/4HANA's advanced capabilities, including integration with standard modules of MM.
• Conduct readiness checks, simplification item resolution, and manage technical conversion activities, including CVI integration, code remediation, and data migration for central procurement scenarios.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and external partners to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Provide architectural guidance on integrating SAP Central Procurement Hub with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Ariba, and other SAP or non-SAP procurement solutions
• Oversee and execute all phases of implementation: pre-conversion planning, system conversion, post-conversion validation, and hypercare support, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Develop and maintain solution documentation, architectural blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide development teams, providing expertise in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of procurement processes
• Stay abreast of SAP innovations, release updates, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and future-proof solutions
• Look at the current custom solutions and provide consultancy on the clean core and the side by side RAP /CAPM solutions.

Qualifikationen

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect and 2+ full-cycle S/4HANA brownfield implementations, specifically involving central procurement
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in procurement, materials management (MM), and supply chain modules, with working knowledge of integration points with FI/CO, SD, and external procurement systems
• Strong understanding of SAP Central Procurement Hub architecture, processes, and integration scenarios, including supplier collaboration and catalog management
• Proficiency in SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and cloud integration technologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
• SAP certification in S/4HANA or Procurement (preferred).
