How you can make a difference

  • Providing infrastructure support and general software configuration
  • Monitor and manage system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets
  • Support technical issues involving core business applications and operating systems and hardware
  • Provide excellent customer service support, including clear verbal and written communications
  • Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
  • Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical specifications
  • Maintain documentation and processes around key IT services in the organization
  • Linux/Windows administration; Server Installation/Configuration/Administration,DNS, DHCP

What all you need

1-3 years of experience with the administration of Windows and/or Linux distributions in an enterprise IT environment with practice designing and delivering innovative and scalable solutions

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical discipline
  • Detailed understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, including desktop and server implementations
  • Knowledge of: Firewalls, Routers, Switches
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN Networking including IP Subnetting, NAT, PAT, VLANs,
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, LDAP/AD, NTP,
  • Technical knowledge of current network protocols and internet standards, including TCP/IP, routing protocols, IPSEC, and IKE
  • Technical knowledge of any virtualization technology (VMware, Citrix Xen etc)
  • Thorough understanding of system performance issues and tuning
  • Excellent hardware/Software troubleshooting experience
  • Able to conduct research into networking issues, analyzing logs and products as required
  • Deep understanding of IT security concepts, procedures, and implementations
  • Excellent and thorough documentation skills
  • Familiarity with SQL databases, such as MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹55,000.00 per month
