Flutter Developer (IOS +Android)

Overview

The Flutter Developer plays a crucial role in our mobile application development team, responsible for designing and building applications that operate seamlessly on both iOS and Android platforms. As an integral part of our organization, the Flutter Developer will collaborate with other developers, designers, and product owners to create high-quality and user-friendly mobile applications

Mode of Work : In office (Flexible culture + Time off)8-day WFH available post probation period.

Service Bond : Applicable for 1 year

Compensation : Fixed + Lucrative Incentives (PF under subject of compliance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, IOS.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
  • Integrate third-party libraries and APIs for enhanced functionality.
  • Utilize version control systems to manage codebase.
  • Perform testing and QA of applications to ensure quality standards.
  • Continuously research and implement best practices in mobile development.
  • Optimize app performance for scalability and speed.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to support application functionality.
  • Participate in Agile development practices and daily stand-ups.
  • Take ownership of application releases and updates.
  • Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Proven experience of 0-1 years in cross mobile app development, especially with Flutter.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integration.
  • Familiarity with platform specific configs (IOS &WEB)
  • Strong Understanding of state mgmt.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with Google firebase
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience with testing frameworks, like Flutter Test.

Education Qualification : Any graduate/postgraduate in Computer Science or IT
