HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Onsite)

We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes. You will work closely with department heads to understand requirements and ensure timely hiring. This role also involves maintaining candidate databases, managing job postings, and supporting basic HR operations when required.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through various channels
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Manage job postings across platforms
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate records
• Assist in onboarding and other HR tasks when needed

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of hiring practices and HR processes
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage

Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Work Mode: Onsite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
