About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Designer to join our team and contribute to creating visually compelling, user-centered designs that align with our brand and business goals. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, engineering, and leadership to develop creative solutions that elevate our customer experience and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to completion across multiple projects and platforms (web, mobile, print, etc.).

  • Translate complex ideas into elegant, effective visual solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity across various touchpoints.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development.
  • Present design work to internal teams and clients for review and feedback.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Qualifications 2+ years of professional design experience in a creative or product-focused environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and clear problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
  • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, and color.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with developers and cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred (but not required)Experience in motion design, branding, or illustration.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
