Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Respiratory Therapist based in Rajarhat. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and performing therapeutic procedures related to respiratory care. Daily tasks include monitoring and maintaining ventilatory support, providing critical care support in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs), and collaborating with medical teams to deliver optimal patient care. The role also involves educating patients and families about respiratory therapies and equipment usage as needed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cardiopulmonary and Respiratory Care
• Knowledge and experience in managing Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)
• In-depth understanding of Medicine related to Respiratory Therapy
• Ability to assess and administer comprehensive Respiratory Therapy
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related healthcare field
• Certification or licensure as a Respiratory Therapist is preferred
