  3. Monitor and adjust parameters to achieve desired granule size and quality.

  5. Maintain accurate records of batch production and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

  6. Compression: (FETTE)

  7. Set up and operate compression machines to produce tablets according to specifications.

  8. Monitor tablet weight, hardness, thickness, and appearance during production.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or product-related issues.

  10. Ensure that all processes comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines.

  11. Coating: (GLAT)

  12. Operate coating machines and manage coating processes for tablets.

  13. Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and ensure uniform coating.
  14. Conduct regular quality checks to meet product specifications.
  15. Perform maintenance and cleaning of coating equipment.
