Job Summary:

We are looking for a vigilant CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems, ensure site security, and report any suspicious activities. The candidate must maintain confidentiality and coordinate closely with security and facility teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously
  • Identify and report suspicious or unusual activities
  • Maintain logs of daily surveillance observations
  • Ensure proper functioning of CCTV equipment
  • Coordinate with security guards and facility management
  • Report incidents, breaches, or emergencies immediately
  • Assist during audits, investigations, and emergencies
  • Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage
  • Operate access control and alarm systems if required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good observation and reporting skills
  • Ability to work in shifts (day/night)
  • Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures

Preferred:

  • Experience in corporate offices, malls, hospitals, or residential societies
  • Familiarity with DVR/NVR systems
  • Ex-servicemen or trained security personnel preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
