Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Architect located in Gurugram. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating construction drawings, and managing design projects from concept through to completion. Day-to-day duties include collaborating with the design and construction teams, conducting site analyses, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements. The role requires active participation in meetings and effective communication with stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architectural Design and Construction Drawings
  • Experience in Design Management and project coordination
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Proficiency in architectural software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
