Grainville India Private Limited is a leading player in the rice processing industry. Our operations involve cleaning, grading, and sorting rice to meet high standards of quality. We actively leverage Zoho CRM to manage our marketing, customer outreach, and sales processes. As our company expands, we are looking for driven individuals to strengthen our customer engagement and sales efforts.
Position Overview:
We are seeking 4
proactive Sales & Marketing Executives
to drive customer outreach, introduce our company to potential buyers, and facilitate sales conversions. This role requires expertise in CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM), strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach:
Initiate and maintain contact with potential buyers via phone, email, and other channels. - Introduction & Awareness:
Introduce Grainville India Private Limited, our operations, and our products to potential customers. - Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings with buyers for when the company's owner visits the buyer's country. - Sales Facilitation:
Share product catalogs, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns buyers may have. - Quotation & Pricing:
Provide quotations to buyers and handle price negotiations to finalize orders. - Order Finalization:
Work with the management team to ensure timely and successful order closures. - CRM Utilization:
Update and track all interactions, follow-ups, and deals in Zoho CRM (or any other CRM) to ensure data-driven sales progress.
Must-Have Skills & Requirements:
- CRM Expertise:
1-2 years of experience working with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred). - Sales Acumen:
Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to order finalization. - Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey our brand message effectively. - Problem-Solving:
Ability to address customer queries and provide prompt solutions. - Negotiation Skills:
Strong negotiation skills to secure deals while maintaining positive client relationships. - Remote Work:
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities while working from home.
