Job Description: -

Job Summary: As an Airtel FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge related to Airtel's Fiber-to-the-Home services. Your primary focus will be on training field technicians, customer service representatives, and other relevant staff involved in the deployment, maintenance, and support of FTTH services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:


• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, to ensure comprehensive coverage of Airtel's FTTH technology, processes, and best practices.

2. Training Delivery:


• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for various job roles, adapting content to meet the specific needs of different teams within the organization.


• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as classroom training, virtual sessions, and on-the-job training, to enhance learning outcomes.

3. Technical Expertise:


• Stay current with industry trends, Airtel's product updates, and advancements in FTTH technology to incorporate relevant information into training programs.


• Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after the training sessions.

4. Assessment and Evaluation:


• Develop and administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.


• Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

5. Documentation:


• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance evaluations.


• Regularly update training materials to reflect changes in technology or company policies.

6. Continuous Improvement:


• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and procedures related to FTTH services and incorporate these enhancements into training programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in technology or electronics. (B. Tech or B.E.)


• Proven experience in telecommunications, specifically in FTTH technologies.


• Strong communication skills.


• Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.


• Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.


• Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
