Essential job Responsibilities (Broad areas)
Secondary Sales
· Visit and develop given set of outlets regularly as per a pre-defined sequence and journey plan outlets/day)
· Converting & developing new outlets & dry outlets in area assigned and ensuring regular visits by adding them in current sequence.
· Ensuring timely dispatch of near BBD (Best Before Date) products in market
· Ensure product rotation and maintain FEFO.
· Ensure effective usage of activation /marketing elements
· Build strong business relationships with customers.
· Understanding needs and wants of Shopkeepers and providing solution on the basis of same within time limits.
· Keeping an eye on short SKUs(Stock Keeping Unit) updating the same to seniors for primary
Reporting
· Updating daily working report to concern department & reporting manager.
· Ensuring Data Hygiene.
· Reporting on Distributor Stock.
· Using Bizom (outer) & Vxceed (city) for reporting and work processing.
· Punching of New Outlet in HE application.
Execution (RED)
· Ensure the cooler (Fridge) is placed in the prime position in the outlet.
· Ensure visi cooler is in range of consumer's reach.
· Ensure cooler is pure and in a clean & working condition
· Display products on shelves, cooler tops & equipment as per standards
· Display products in a way that attracts consumer & shoppers
· Ensure Stock Availability at outlets.
· Ensure Proper Activation/ Merchandising
· Ensure Effective Warm Display/Share of Visible Inventory.
· Ensure effective distribution of execution material
· Ensure one pager/MHS is followed as a work protocol.
· Ensure 65+ score in assigned area.
Safety Protocol
· Ensure proper vehicle paper's availability (RC, DL, Insurance, PUC)
· Compulsory use of Helmet.
· Ensure proper availability of PPE.
Material Availability
· Ensure availability of relevant SKUs in the outlet as per standards
· Coordinate with Route Salesman & ensure availability of the right SKU range and mix.
· Collect pre-sell orders from the outlet
· Ensure timely delivery of orders & follow up with distributor
· Ensuring 100 % target completion brand & pack wise within time limits.
Post Sales Activity
· Receiving and attending to complaints, coordinating for resolving the same amicably within the norms set by the organization.
· Ensuring proper communication and implementation of schemes by distributors.
· Ensuring availability of all products in the Shops
· Distribution of samples/gifts/catalogues/POP-POS to retailers.
· Execute and ensure brand visibility.
· In-shop branding.
· Glow signs; flex boards, catalogues/folders.
Market Intelligence
· Analyse competitor's market share, brands, pack, price etc.
· Keeping an eye on competitor's scheme in market
