Key Responsibilities
A. Admission & Enrolment Management
- Handle inquiries through phone, email, walk-ins, website leads, and school events.
- Provide accurate information about IB/Cambridge programmes, school philosophy, fees, and academic pathways.
- Conduct campus tours, admission presentations, and parent orientation sessions.
- Liaise with academic teams for student interaction/assessment where required.
- Manage the complete admission pipeline—from inquiry to enrolment and post-admission onboarding.
- Maintain and update admission data using school ERP/CRM systems.
B. Parent Counselling & Communication
- Counsel parents regarding curriculum choices (IB PYP/MYP/DP or Cambridge Primary/Lower Secondary/IGCSE).
- Address queries related to teaching methods, assessments, subject choices, pastoral care, and university pathways.
- Support international and relocating families in understanding school systems and processes.
- Provide customized guidance based on the student's academic background and learning needs.
C. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure proper documentation—application forms, academic records, ID proofs, transfer certificates, etc.
- Coordinate with the Principal/Academic Coordinators regarding admissions approval.
- Maintain audit-ready records adhering to international school accreditation standards.
- Manage fee payment coordination during the admission process.
D. Marketing & Outreach Support
- Represent the school in educational fairs, open house events, and community engagement activities.
- Support in creating admission presentations, brochures, and digital marketing content.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion.
- Assist in planning parent-school engagement events to build the school's reputation.
E. Data Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on inquiry conversions, pipeline updates, and enrollment trends.
- Track admission KPIs (leads, visits, follow-ups, closure rate, cancellations).
- Provide insights based on parent feedback and market competition.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English fluency required).
- Understanding of IB PYP/MYP/DP and Cambridge (IGCSE/A Levels) frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Confidence with technology (CRM/ERP, MS Office, emails).
- Professional appearance, empathy, active listening.
- Ability to handle international families with cultural sensitivity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Sales and conversion mindset while maintaining school values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business or related field.
- Prior experience in admissions or counselling in an international curriculum school preferred.
- Familiarity with global school standards, international parents, and expat community expectations.
