We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our team Gente in Noida, Sector 63 to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our US-based clients. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of INR 14,000 per month during the 3-month training period, followed by 16,000 per month after successful completion based on performance, along with attractive incentives and excellent growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update job descriptions as per client requirements.
  • Source and engage candidates via online platforms, job portals, and networking sites.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for various IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
  • Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruitment SLAs are met as mutually agreed with stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation (any stream).
  • Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
  • Knowledge of resume databases, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and ability to assess candidate fit.
  • Must be open to working Monday to Friday, Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM).
