We are seeking a skilled Finance Supervisor to join our team in Bareilly. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. • Advanced skills in financial analysis (Mandatory skill) for generating accurate financial insights that inform business strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements to summarize and forecast financial position.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports or statements.
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with established accounting standards and practices.
• Lead financial audits and liaise with auditors to ensure timely and accurate compliance and reporting.
• Mentor and support finance team members' professional development, ensuring a collaborative team environment.
• Regularly review financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies and devise corrective measures promptly.
