Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full stack Tech Lead to lead the development of enterprise-level applications, focusing on Azure, .NET Core, Angular, and Microservices. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in development, architecture, and CI/CD processes. Your role will also involve mentoring junior developers and leading by example in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Must Have Requirements

• .NET Full Stack profile with strong Microservices and Azure experience
• Hands-on with Azure Functions and Azure services
• Backend expertise in API development, authentication & authorization (JWT/OAuth), CRUD operation
• Knowledge of design patterns (Repository, Factory, DI), exception handling, caching, and performance optimization
• Strong hands on in Angular

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Strong experience with Azure cloud services, including infrastructure and platform services (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage)

Expertise in developing Microservices using .NET Core

Proficient in building modern Angular applications, with a deep understanding of front-end development practices

Strong experience with CI/CD practices, including creating pipelines, automated testing, and continuous deployment

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB

Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) for service communication in a microservices architecture

Experience in working in an Agile environment, particularly in Scrum or Kanban methodologies

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively guide the team, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage project expectations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of providing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges

Proficiency in version control systems like Git

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

• Lead the design and architecture of full-stack applications, leveraging Azure, .NET Core, Angular, and Microservices
• Architect and implement cloud solutions on Azure, including utilizing services like Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and Azure Storage
• Design and develop microservices using .NET Core for scalable and modular application architectures
• Develop both front-end (using Angular) and back-end (using .NET Core) components for web applications
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins
• Enforce development best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, design patterns, and continuous integration
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Identify performance bottlenecks, resolve technical issues, and provide solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
