We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage billing, bank reconciliation, sales order management, and statutory compliances including GST and TDS. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and organizational skills to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Invoicing:

Prepare, verify, and issue invoices to customers on time.

Ensure accuracy of billing data and compliance with company policies.

Bank Reconciliation:

Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.

Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records.

Sales Order Management:

Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order processing and invoicing.

Track sales orders and ensure timely documentation for accounts.

GST & TDS Compliance:

Prepare and file GST returns and TDS returns as per statutory timelines.

Maintain proper records for input tax credit, output tax liability, and TDS deductions.

Assist in audits related to GST/TDS.

General Accounting Support:

Maintain and update accounting ledgers and financial records.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

Support the accounts team in day-to-day financial operations.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (freshers with relevant skills may also apply).

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
