Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Formulation:- Develop new water-based or synthetic lubricant formulations tailored for hot forging and die casting applications.
- Experiment with various base oils, additives, emulsifiers, and thickeners to optimize lubricant performance.
- Develop new water-based or synthetic lubricant formulations tailored for hot forging and die casting applications.
Quality Control & Testing:- Conduct experiments and analytical tests to evaluate the chemical composition and physical properties of lubricants.
- Perform tests to ensure products meet stringent safety, quality, and performance standards, such as high-temperature stability and load-carrying capacity.

Troubleshooting & Support:- Provide technical support to customers and manufacturing departments, analyzing performance issues and recommending appropriate lubricant solutions.
