We are seeking a skilled and passionate Content & Research Associate to support our campaigns,

grant proposals, case studies, and documentation efforts. This role blends creative content writing

with analytical research, playing a critical part in showcasing Ladli's impact and driving meaningful

advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

� Content Development & Campaigning

 Write compelling content for awareness campaigns, press releases, and newsletters.

 Create scripts, social media posts, and creative briefs for digital storytelling.

 Draft content for brochures, reports, blogs, and donor communication.

� Research & Documentation

 Assist in developing case studies, impact stories, and project documentation.

 Conduct secondary research for policy briefs, reports, and grant applications.

 Support field teams in capturing qualitative and quantitative data.

� Grant Writing & Proposal Support

 Assist in drafting concept notes, LOIs, and sections of grant proposals.

 Conduct research on funding opportunities and donor priorities.

 Coordinate with program teams to gather data and content for proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
:

 Bachelor's or Master's in Journalism, Social Work, Development Studies, English, or related

fields.

 2–3 years of experience in content creation, research, or development sector writing.

 Excellent command of English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.

 Strong storytelling, editing, and copywriting skills.

 Ability to translate complex data into engaging, accessible content.

 Familiarity with development themes like gender, health, WASH, youth, or education.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

 Experience working with NGOs or CSR partners.

 Knowledge of tools like Canva, MS Office, Google Workspace.

 Exposure to grant writing or fundraising campaigns.
