Job Description:

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in finance, accounting, and strategic planning, with the ability to oversee all financial activities across multiple business units. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire finance and accounts function of the organization.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audits.
  • Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the management for decision-making.
  • Evaluate financial risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Oversee cost control measures and support operational teams in improving financial efficiency.
