Job Title: Project Engineer

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project progress and generate regular status reports for management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate project status and resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare and review engineering documentation, technical specifications, and drawings.
  • Support procurement activities including selection of vendors and material follow-ups.
  • Identify project risks and suggest appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Maintain organized project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or execution preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
