Job Title: PHYSICS TEACHER

Department: Secondary (Grades 9 & 10)

Reports To: Principal

Job Type: Full-Time & Offline

Experience Required: 4-8 Years

Educational Qualification:

Masters Degree/DEGREE in the respective subject from a recognized university

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory

CTET (preferred, not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Delivery:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the curriculum and board standards (CBSE).

Foster conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and subject excellence in students.

Use innovative teaching methodologies, including digital tools, project-based learning, and differentiated instruction.

Curriculum Planning:

Develop lesson plans, unit plans, and annual academic calendars.

Participate in curriculum enrichment and enhancement activities.

Create assessments, worksheets, and projects for internal evaluations.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a disciplined, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Track student progress, maintain performance records, and provide feedback to parents and guardians.

Student Mentoring & Support:

Identify learning gaps and provide remediation.

Act as a mentor for academic and career guidance.

Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams.

Professional Development:

Participate in training, workshops, and school improvement programs.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic coordinators for subject planning and integration.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Maintain records of attendance, lesson plans, academic reports, and assessment data.

Contribute to school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other institutional activities.

Subject-Specific Skills & Expertise:

Deep knowledge of over subject.
