  • Participate early product design & development review including check model (prototype) to make sure we get it right first time.
  • Gatekeeper to ensure products are always safe, legal and in compliance with regulatory and Hasbro's requirements during new product design and development.
  • Prepare Test plan for each individual product adhering to safety and functional and regulatory requirements.
  • Review the test report and defect samples with engineering team and vendors during the development cycles. Follow up the corrective actions of vendors.
  • Facilitate documentation of issues observed and check effectiveness of corrective action during debugging.
  • Perform the FEP or PRP line audit of the new product. Review and disposition of PRP/QN reports.
  • Handle the customer complaints. Perform the defect analysis and follow up the correction actions of vendors.
  • Initiate and follow up of the Corrective Action Request (CAR).
  • Monitoring of the vendor performance and improve the process control.

Perform statistical analysis on key parameters to identify and execute corrective actions.

  • Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years' relevant experience in QA Engineering, preferably in toys industry
  • Engineering skills, problem solving, statistical process control, manufacturing process control, FMEA, Basic understanding of DoE.
  • Detailed, analytical and logical thinker with the abilities in risk assessment, root cause analysis and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and software skill (Minitab, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate…)  
  • Persuasive communicator, good interpersonal skill and team player.
  • Good spoken and written English

Regularly travel to factories for business in Vietnam, China and India
