Flutter Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Mid to Senior-Level Flutter Developer to join our growing product team.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable mobile applications, while contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter, delivering at least two production-ready Android and/or iOS apps.

- Own the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle, including development, automated testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Publish mobile applications to Google Play Store / App Store, or maintain active repositories on GitHub.

- Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and libraries effectively.

- Refactor and modernize legacy codebases to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.

- Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment with designers, product managers, and backend teams.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Utilize version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for smooth delivery.

- Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies, Flutter updates, and architecture trends.

- Contribute to large-scale, consumer-facing applications and ensure high performance and responsiveness.

- Communicate effectively and guide junior developers when needed.

Desired Skills & Experience :

to 7 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with 4 years in Flutter.

- Demonstrated experience in publishing and maintaining apps on App Store / Play Store.

- Strong understanding of Flutter architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, MVVM).

- Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, or similar technologies.

- Experience with Android Studio (Java/Kotlin) or Xcode (Swift) is a plus.

- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, widget tests).

- Knowledge of performance optimization, app security, and scalable architecture.

- Experience working on consumer-facing applications with significant user bases is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
