Your role
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Identity Governance & Administration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity governance solutions within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and compliance of the organization's systems and data by managing user identities, access privileges, and permissions effectively.

What You Will Be Doing

• Implement and maintain identity governance solutions in SailPoint to manage user identities, roles, and access privileges across the organization's systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective identity and access management solutions.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures related to identity governance for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
• Deploy and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and File Access Manager (FAM) solutions, ensuring patches and upgrades are tested and applied timely.
• Develop and manage custom rules, workflows, connectors (Web Service, SCIM), and certifications in the SailPoint IIQ platform.
• Develop and manage data discovery, access control policies, user access reviews, risk assessment, and reporting in the SailPoint FAM platform.
• Leading migration from SailPoint IIQ and FAM to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and consolidating IDM workflows from other solutions into ISC.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in implementing, managing, and supporting SailPoint solutions in large enterprise environments.
• In-depth knowledge of identity governance principles, concepts, and best practices including user lifecycle management, access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlement management.
• Experience integrating systems, applications, and data with SailPoint using connectors, APIs, and web services.
• Expertise in SailPoint Identity IQ, File Access Manager, and ISC administration and configuration.
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP) and identity synchronization.
• Experience migrating on-prem SailPoint Identity IQ and FAM to SailPoint ISC preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) / Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) and PowerShell scripting preferred.
