Position: Data Entry Operator – AdministrationPosition Overview

The Data Entry Operator (Admin) is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining administrative and operational data across systems and databases. The role ensures smooth documentation, timely record-keeping, and supports the admin team with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in excel, databases, and internal systems for employee ID cards
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records, files, and documents.
  • Assist the admin team with routine tasks such as preparing reports, letters, and MIS.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for data-related inputs and clarifications.
  • Generate periodic administrative reports when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize task
  • Attention to detail and strong record-keeping habits.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.

Work Location: SINE, IIT Bombay Powai Reporting To: Admin Manager

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹250, ₹300,000.00 per year
