Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Operator with strong Excel skills and a good understanding of accounting principles. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with a B.Com degree and capable of handling data entry, data management, and basic accounts-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare, format, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
  • Assist in maintaining accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial documents.
  • Verify and reconcile data with accounting systems.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data management procedures.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and operations team for data-related requirements.
  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
  • Support administrative and documentation tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet management.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial entries.
  • Good typing speed and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
