Job Responsibilities:

a) Based on operation planning, to raise the inspection notification in prescribed customer format

b) To get it confirm by end user / contractor for in process as well as for bought out items & to ensure that all inspections on-time,

c) Ensuring scope and objectives of inspections, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility to complete out the inspection smoothly to get dispatch clearance.

 Scope of work to the Assigned Role:

Ø To Ensure Seamless coordination between operations team, i.e. TOP, Quality, Testing, Assembly, MRP, CM concern person.

Ø To ensure Quality documents should be submitted & to be approved by customer on priority & to take corrective action on the same with self-skill or with help of technical experts in case of ambiguity.

Ø To co-ordinate with customers, TPI agencies, EPC contractors during & after stage as well as final inspection.

Ø Ensure the execution of the quality control activities on purchased components and availability of relevant necessary documents, in accordance with the purchase orders requirements and project contract.

Ø Monitoring & tracking the inspection progress to take necessary actions with clients as well as with internal customers.

Ø To line up for documents inspection as per approved Quality Documents for HDA. Projects.

Ø To communicate & resolve the inspection punch point on top most priority with the help of concern colleagues & seniors.

Ø Coordinate to resolve technical concern raised by customer on technical documents i.e. On MQP, DATA SHEET, and DRAWINGS during inspection.

Ø To escalate & follow up with customer as well as with internal departments where the project or any inspection stage stuck.

Ø Push & Pull to complete out the inspection in view of awaited inspection call, awaited dispatch clearance, procurement of materials & documents approval.

Ø To review the AOP & MOP to execute the project accordingly.

Ø To take follow up for shortages/ quality hold components with planning, purchase, QM.

Ø To participate & contribute to plan day to day inspection plan to achieve monthly target.

Ø Attend in daily operation meetings to discuss where we are, what we want to achieve & when on the basis of feedback received from customer.

Ø Communicate each & every update observed during inspection of project to concern stakeholder/part of our team.

Ø To make MOM with customer & internal customer for further process & clearance.

Ø To cherish the customer / inspector by arranging good hospitality, transportation facility, gift wherever required.

Ø Maintain good & long lasting relationship with customer / inspectors with the help of interpersonal skills in professional manner.

Ø After positive final inspection to verify that all necessary conditions are achieved to get Inspection Release Note.

Ø To take inspection clearance / waiver from end client/ inspector with the help of good relation & reputation with them.

Ø To give assurance to customer regarding our brand components & engineering are having excellence in quality, excellence in technology, unique & excellent in design to serve variety of projects satisfactory.

Ø Ensure the correct management of non-conformity reports and punch lists & should not be raised in future.

Ø To make customer/ inspector satisfied in inspection point of view.

Ø To introduce the customer with our internal customers, senior engineers, project engineers plant head to build up trust & healthy relations.

Ø To offer documents, offer witness in process inspection, offer material as per packing list during final inspection to customer in supporting to QM, Operations, and Assembly departments.

Ø To intervene to resolve the discrepancies observes during inspection.

Ø To capture & submit photos, videos of waived off inspections for further clearance.

Ø To scan & submit QC dossier to customer for dispatch clearance.

Ø To arrange the customer inspection in time as per priority to dispatch the component ASAP.

Ø To communicate with internal customers that how we can reduce problems occurs in documents, witness activities & to implement as standard practice to avoid the same in future.

Ø To take continuously follow of customer for allocation of inspection call.

Ø To get proper readiness of components as well as of documents to arrange inspection.

Ø To tackle situation wherever witness inspection gets fail & to terminate it into successful.

Ø To take decision at own level to overcome critical situation during inspection.

Ø To maintain good interpersonal relation with customers, inspectors & our internal customers.
