We are seeking an experience Project Manager (Civil) to oversee the construction of high rise buildings project , Riverview City , located at Kadam Vak Wasti, Loni Kalbhor, Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project's scope schedule. The candidate must have hands-on experience in execution activities. The candidate must have handled big projects (Township)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets.
Manage and co-ordinate civil construction activities, including site preparation, foundation work and structural construction.
3.Ensure compliance with building codes ,regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders
5.Monitor and control project progress identifying and mitigating risks.
Manage project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost -effectiveness
Ensure quality control and assurance meeting project specifications
Requirements :
B.E. -Civil
12+ years of experience , 5+ years of experience in handling high rise building construction projects (big projects)
Strong knowledge of construction methods , material and regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹95, ₹100,000.00 per month
