About the Role

DivineLane is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining company data across various systems and databases. This role requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
  • Identify and correct errors promptly to ensure high data quality
  • Assist in preparing reports and data summaries
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company information
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather and validate data

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator/Executive or in a similar role
  • Excellent typing speed with accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
