Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Floor Staff to join our store team at 15 Spice Mart Retail Store in Rana Pratap Bagh. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service, billing, and retail operations, with a passion for delivering excellent in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product queries and purchases.
  • Handle billing operations efficiently using POS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor and product shelves.
  • Refill and arrange stock displays as per product categories.
  • Manage customer feedback and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Support in daily store operations and coordination with the store manager.
  • Maintain accurate cash and billing records at the counter.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail/customer care/billing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS, etc.).
  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
