About Hisab
Hisab is a simple and powerful invoicing, accounting, and inventory software designed for Indian MSMEs. We are building our marketing team and looking for a Remarketing Specialist who will focus on engaging trial users (via WhatsApp and Email) and guiding them towards becoming paid customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute WhatsApp and Email remarketing campaigns to re-engage trial users who have not converted.
- Create and manage automated workflows, drip campaigns, and personalized messaging for different user segments.
- Analyze user behavior and product usage data to design targeted campaigns that increase conversion from trial to paid.
- Track and optimize campaign performance metrics — open rates, click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure engaging templates and consistent messaging.
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, visuals, and CTAs to maximize impact.
- Stay updated with WhatsApp Business API updates and best practices in email marketing to ensure compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Work closely with the inside sales team to align remarketing efforts with customer insights and product feedback.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Email / WhatsApp marketing, CRM campaigns, or remarketing.
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API tools and email marketing
- Strong skills in segmentation, automation, and customer journey mapping.
- SaaS or subscription product marketing experience.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to digital communications.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content.
- Strong analytical mindset — ability to use analytics tools like Google Analytics or any other.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills for short, impactful messages.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
