We are looking for a skilled Tandoori CDP to join our team at SHRI SAI HOSPITALITY, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tandoori CDP or similar role in a reputable establishment.
• Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
