Job Title: SAP HCM Functional Consultant Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Indore, Thane Experience: 4-15 years Employment Type: Full-time Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) with expertise in configuration, implementation, and support. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to optimize HR processes using SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support SAP HCM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Configure and customize SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Benefits.
  • Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend solutions.
  • Provide functional expertise and support for SAP HCM processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM-related issues.
  • Stay updated on SAP best practices and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-15 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including configuration and integration.
  • Experience with SAP Payroll (India) and Time Management.
  • Good understanding of HR business processes and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP Certification in HCM is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of ABAP debugging for functional consultants.
  • Exposure to global payroll and benefits processes.
