Experience: 12+ Years

Work Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurugram, Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: Mostly post 12 PM shift (IST)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce FSL Technical Architect with 12+ years of overall Salesforce experience, including a minimum of 5 years in solution architecture and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) from scratch. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, robust, and secure FSL solutions tailored to our clients business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solutioning for Field Service Lightning implementations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable FSL solutions.
  • Design and implement complex Salesforce customizations using Apex, LWC, Flows, etc.
  • Oversee data modeling, data migration, and integration strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices, including OAuth, SSO, and Connected Apps.
  • Utilize tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket for CI/CD and deployment.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using various integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Platform Events).
  • Provide technical guidance on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce features.
  • Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and provide performance optimizations.
  • Support pre-sales activities including effort estimation, proposal building, and solution demos (as needed).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years in architecture roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FSL implementation from scratch.

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Salesforce Lightning, Lightning App Builder, LDS, and LWC.

  • Salesforce customization (Apex, Flows, Validation Rules, etc.)
  • SOQL, SOSL, including dynamic queries in Apex.
  • CI/CD tools GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket.

  • Salesforce tools: Data Loader, Workbench, Postman, Salesforce Inspector.

  • Strong grasp of Salesforce security architecture and best practices.

  • Experience in setting up Connected Apps and SSO.
  • Expertise in integration patterns and their use cases.
  • Good understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Must hold relevant Salesforce Certifications (minimum Application Architect).

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Copado for Salesforce DevOps.
  • Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in pre-sales support at the org level.
