Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Manager located in Gurugram. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, manage shift schedules, and supervise staff. Responsibilities also include coordinating with different departments, handling customer queries, and ensuring a smooth workflow during shifts.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide solutions efficiently
- Experience in handling shift schedules and supervising staff
- Proficiency in using relevant technology and software for operations management
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
