  • Attend and manage CUG phones of the Nursing Station
  • Coordinate and follow up with treating doctors/MOs/PGs to ensure timely completion of insurance- related documentation
  • Cross - check medicines received with the indent/order placed by the staff nurse.
  • Inform PROs in case of any patient concerns requiring additional attention
