Heavens Builders is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design and project execution, with hands-on experience in residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance.
  • Ensure designs meet all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, material selection, and project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Registration with BARC is mandatory.
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in architectural design or project execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
