Project OverviewThe intern will support the scale-up of the "Take Charge Against TB" dual activation program, which aims to address TB healthcare-seeking inequities in urban poor communities across Delhi, Pune, and Hyderabad. The initiative focuses on upskilling frontline healthcare workers (FLHCWs) and activating vulnerable populations through corporate philanthropic engagement.

Duration: 3–6 months
Reports to: Project Lead – Corporate Engagement
Learning GoalsThe intern will:
- Learn about TB elimination strategies and health systems strengthening in urban poor community settings.
- Understand the design and implementation of large-scale public health interventions.
- Gain exposure to intersection of corporate engagement strategies and CSR in public health.
- Understand the process of designing grant proposals and modular funding packages in alignment with government mandates.
- Develop skills in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring & evaluation.
- Support in coordination with field teams and PATH teams to coordinate for activities under the project and help coordinate training logistics for FLHCWs and community volunteers.
- Assist in the development and refinement of the philanthropic grant offer for corporates.
- Support and coordinate with the Technical Support Unit (TSU) in needs assessments, geography selection, and stakeholder coordination.
- Contribute to the design and execution of digital and print communication materials for corporate engagement.
- Participate in the monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) framework implementation, including data collection, compilation and analysis.
- Support documentation efforts, including reports, video content and scientific publication preparation.
- Assist in organizing dissemination events and preparing audit-ready documentation.
- Understanding of CSR and corporate philanthropy frameworks in India
- Program design and implementation in public health.
- Stakeholder engagement and cross-sector collaboration.
- Communication and advocacy for health equity.
- Data analysis and reporting for MEL frameworks.
- Digital campaign support and volunteer mobilization.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Health, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Strong interest in TB elimination, urban health, and community-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for health promotion is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
