Key Roles and Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales:
- Respond to inquiries across various platforms (in-person, phone, email) with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
- Understand client preferences to suggest tailored domestic and international travel solutions.
- Drive conversions through proactive follow-ups and meaningful conversations.
- Cross-sell and upsell premium experiences to increase revenue.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the Business Manager.
Itinerary Planning and Customization:
- Design bespoke travel packages that are aligned with client interests, timelines, and budgets.
- Stay updated on trending destinations, seasonal offerings, and exclusive experiences.
- Utilize in-house technology platforms to deliver real-time itinerary options.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide comprehensive pre-trip guidance to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Proactively resolve issues and handle customer escalations to ensure a seamless and positive travel experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to build loyalty and secure repeat business.
Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with global and domestic travel destinations, packages, and pricing trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
