Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive | Site Engineer Interior Fit-Out Works

Location: Mumbai | On-Site

Employment Type: Contract for 12 months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer Interior Fit-Out Works to manage and execute high-end interior projects, primarily corporate office spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in interior design principles, hands-on experience in site execution, and proficiency in CAD tools. This role demands excellent technical knowledge, coordination abilities, and a commitment to delivering quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :


• Oversee execution and ensure timely delivery of interior fit-out projects across assigned sites.


• Manage day-to-day site operations ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project plans and specifications.


• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for seamless execution and issue resolution.


• Ensure all work aligns with design intent, architectural drawings, and technical specifications.


• Support design team in preparing, reviewing, and modifying interior layouts and shop drawings using AutoCAD.


• Prepare detailed execution plans, schedules, and monitor progress against project milestones.


• Identify and implement value engineering and cost optimization opportunities.


• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, material usage, and safety compliance meet required standards.


• Maintain clear and regular communication between design, execution, and management teams.


• Assist in preparing daily/weekly progress reports and presenting updates to the Management team.

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Preferred Skills & Experience:


• 3-4 years of experience in high-end corporate interior fit-out execution.


• Sound understanding of interior design concepts, materials, finishes, and construction methodologies.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing technical drawings; knowledge of design detailing preferred.


• Familiarity with MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting) relevant to interior works.


• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to problem-solve on-site and make informed decisions under pressure.


• Working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Environment:


• Role - Approx. 80% on-site, 20% office-based.


• Travel to project sites based on project location and phase.
